Return Policy of Njoy Mart           

We offer return/replacement of Products ordered on NJOYMART within 7 days of delivery of the order. However, there are certain products such as Food items, Grocery Products etc. specified as “Non-Returnable” on the Website in the Product description, for which our Sellers do not offer return/replacement. Please refer to the return policy mentioned under the ‘delivery and return’ section of the product detail page to check if the item is eligible for return or not.

We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).

Buyer has to check the product on the time of delivery. If NJOYMART do not find any genuine reason to accept return, then buyer won’t be able to have refund for return.

 Following are circumstances on which NJOYMART will decide whether return request should be accepted or not. It might be possible we can have conference call to solve issue with buyer and vendor. On the basis of mutual discussed points, NJOYMART will initiate refund.

You may return the Product if it is damaged, defective or is not in working condition, or if parts of the Product or accessory is missing, or are different from what was ordered basis the Product description displayed on NjoyMart.

 

Please keep the Product in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging to enable us to ascertain the damage and process the request. In case the Product is accepted where the package is tampered or the box is damaged, it will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective Products, incorrect Product, or missing accessories.

Electronics

7 days Returnable

The Products under this category, air conditioners, televisions, water purifiers, refrigerators, convection microwave or washing machine (any item which requires installation/ demonstration by an authorised technician), you are required to contact NjoyMart customer care to intimate about any damage, defect or non-functionality condition of the Product i.e., if the Product delivered is dead on arrival (DOA) within 7 days of delivery*. Product being reported under damage, and defective/DOA cases, the return will be processed subject to verification as per the terms of this Policy. However, for brands such as Apple, Samsung, MI, Xiaomi, and OnePlus, you have to directly contact to the Brand Customer Care which may be found on the relevant brand website. Incase of any further assistance required, please contact the NjoyMart customer care within 7 days of delivery.

You shall have the option to contact the brand or the seller directly or NjoyMart shall arrange for a visit of a technician from ResQ/the Brand/ Seller to assess the damage or defect and accordingly initiate the return.

*Products will not be eligible for returns if they are installed by a third-party technician not assigned by NjoyMart.

The Products under this category are returnable within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The Products under this category are returnable within 7 days from the date of delivery.

However, for any defect or non-functionality condition of the Product, you may contact NjoyMart customer care for resolution within 72 HRS of the delivery of the Product.

For further assessment and evaluation of the damage or defect in the Product, you may be requested to visit the nearest service center.

In case of any issue arising after 7 (seven) days of delivery, users may contact the manufacturer directly under the Product warranty provided by the manufacturer (as applicable).

Please keep the Product in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging to enable us to ascertain the damage and provide a resolution. In case the Product is accepted where the package is tampered or the box is damaged, it will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective Products, incorrect Product, or missing accessories.

You should make sure that you erase any/all personal information from an electronic device that stores any personal information, prior to returning to us. Njoy mart  shall not be liable for any misuse or loss or theft of such information.

Fashion (Clothing Accessories)

You may return the Product if there is size issue, fit issue, colour issue, manufacturing defects, shrinkage in fabric, colour bleeding, and bubbling or if the Product delivered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description displayed on NjoyMart.

You can return the Product provided that the Product is unused/unwashed, price tag /bar code is intact and not altered, and the Product is not altered. Further, there should not be any strong odour /foul smell/perfume/stain on the Product. In addition to the abovementioned, we will accept the return if you keep the Products in its original condition, along with brand outer box, and MRP tags attached.

Products under this category are non-returnable due to hygiene/ personal care/wellness, and consumable nature of the Product. This Product is eligible for return within 7 (seven) days of delivery. Please keep the Product in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. All the protective coverage of the watch must also be intact.

Non- Returnable

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing

  

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetected and clearly visible.

Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

Undamaged Product

The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.             

Part 3 – General Rules for a successful Return             

  1. In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  2. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable
