GAJANAND Idli Mix makes a very fluffy, light, and delightfully wholesome breakfast. When they are served with sambhar (made from GAJANAND Sambhar Masala) and coconut chutney, they are a real treat to enjoy. You can also enjoy idli with a variety of different recipes, like fried idli, masala idli, etc. Even a Gujarati snack called Idada can be made from this GAJANAND Idli Mix. How to use: :
- Add 650 ml water to this GAJANAND idli mix and whip it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Whip the batter before pouring. Pour the batter into the idli cooker’s pre-oiled moulds.
- Steam the batter in the idli cooker for 15 minutes.
- Serve idli with hot sambhar and coconut chutney.
