Description
Handvo is a baked dish from Gujarat made from various dals, rice, sesame, and spices. It is often made with a bottle gourd filling, though a lot of other vegetables can be added. It is part of the Gujarati cuisine. GAJANAND Handvo Mix Flour is a great option for a quick, healthy, and tasty meal or snack. How to use: :
- Add 640 ml of water into the GAJANAND handvo mix. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Stir the batter and empty it into handwa cooker. Heat 120gm oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, red chilli, and hing to the batter.
- Cook on high heat for 15 minutes and for 30 minutes on medium heat.
- Serve with a drizzle of oil, tea, tomato ketchup, or chutney.
