How to use:
- Add 580 ml of water to this GAJANAND dahiwada mix and whip it. Dahiwada, mix it and whip it. Add crushed green chilies to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Whip the batter before frying.
- Fry in hot oil at a consistent degree of temperature. After frying wadas, dip them into water for 5 minutes.
- Press each wada between two palms.
- Serve wadas with sweet cold curd, mint chutney, and date-tamarind sweet chutney. Sprinkle salt, red chilly powder, cumin powder, Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate.
